# Terms of service The rules for using ClippingAlpha, its alerts and MCP server: accounts are for people 18 or older, scores are estimates, and clipping platforms pay for clips. Page: https://clippingalpha.com/terms Last updated 26 October 2026 These terms cover clippingalpha.com, its alerts, its Telegram bot, its MCP server for AI agents and your account. By using ClippingAlpha you agree to them. ## Who we are ClippingAlpha is operated by Momentist, Inc., 169 Madison Ave STE 38364, New York, NY 10016, USA, the controller of your personal data. In these terms, "we" means Momentist, Inc. and "you" means the person using ClippingAlpha. ## What ClippingAlpha does ClippingAlpha lists clipping, UGC, logo and music campaigns from the public pages of clipping platforms, ranks them with the Alpha Score, sends the alerts you ask for and forwards you to the platform to join. It is free to use. ClippingAlpha does not run campaigns. The clipping platform and the brand set the rules, approve or reject clips and pay you. We take no part in payouts and never hold your money. ## Scores are estimates The Alpha Score and every figure on the site come from what clipping platforms show publicly, as of the time on the Updated label. Platforms change rates, budgets and rules without telling us, so check the platform's own page before you post. A score is an estimate for comparing campaigns, never a promise of earnings. ClippingAlpha makes no promise of income, and past rates do not predict earnings. ## Top choice and sponsorships The home page can show extra cards next to the Top picks, labelled Top choice on the card itself. We pick them ourselves from live campaigns, whatever their score. If a campaign ever pays Momentist, Inc. for such a card, the card says sponsored. The Alpha Score is never for sale. A Top choice or a sponsored placement is that labelled card and nothing else. It never changes a campaign's score, tier or rank, the Top picks it earns, the lists, the alerts or what our MCP server returns. ## Your account - Accounts are for people 18 or older. - Sign up only for yourself, with accounts that are yours. - You sign in with TikTok, Instagram (Creator or Business accounts), X, Google, Discord, Whop, an email code or Telegram. There are no passwords, so keep those accounts safe. - You can delete your account at any time. See [how to delete your data](https://clippingalpha.com/data-deletion). ## Alerts you choose Alerts go to the channels you turn on: email, browser push or Telegram. They send up to 5 a day unless you change the cap, and they respect your quiet hours. Campaigns in gambling, prediction markets and crypto trading are alerts like any other. Pick your niches on Alerts without Betting and crypto to leave them out. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and /stop ends Telegram alerts. ## Badges and Alpha Points AlphaClub badges are earned from what you do on ClippingAlpha and are never sold. Each badge earns Alpha Points by its rarity. Alpha Points are status only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, and never change an Alpha Score, a rank or a pick. Levels, ranks, quests and streaks come from Alpha Points and are status only in the same way. ## AI agents You can connect an AI agent to our MCP server. Once you approve it, it can see members campaigns, read and change your saved campaigns and alert rules, and see which kinds of channel get your alerts. It never sees your email address or payouts. You are responsible for what an agent you connect does with that access. Disconnect it any time in Profile. ## Fair use - Do not overload the site, get around its rate limits or try to reach data that is not yours. - Do not use ClippingAlpha to break a clipping platform's, brand's or social app's rules. - Do not send spam or abuse through alerts, the Telegram bot or the MCP server. We may limit or close an account that breaks these terms. ## Claims from misuse If someone makes a claim against Momentist, Inc. because you misused ClippingAlpha, broke these terms or broke the law while using it, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable legal costs that claim causes us. ## Names and brands Platform names, brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear to identify their campaigns. A clipping platform or brand that wants its campaigns taken down can email us. Apart from any labelled sponsored placement above, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any clipping platform, brand, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, Discord or Whop. ## Service as is ClippingAlpha is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but features can change, pause or stop. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost earnings, for a clipping platform's or brand's decisions, or for choices you make from our scores. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims about ClippingAlpha is limited to US$100. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them or about ClippingAlpha goes to the courts of the State of Delaware. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts, or protections these terms cannot remove, you keep them. ## Copyright notices If you believe something on ClippingAlpha infringes your copyright, send a notice to [privacy@clippingalpha.com](mailto:privacy@clippingalpha.com?subject=Copyright%20notice) or by post to Momentist, Inc., 169 Madison Ave STE 38364, New York, NY 10016, USA. Under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a notice must include: - Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone allowed to act for the copyright owner. - The work you believe is infringed. - The material on ClippingAlpha you want removed, with its link or enough to find it. - Your name, postal address, phone number and email address. - A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the owner, its agent or the law. - A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner. We remove or disable the material a valid notice names. We may close the account of anyone who infringes again and again. ## Your privacy The [privacy policy](https://clippingalpha.com/privacy) says what we collect and who receives it. ## Changes and contact When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using ClippingAlpha after a change means you accept the new terms.
