## Common questions

- **Your account**: Sign in at clippingalpha.com/app/sign-in. Profile holds your saved campaigns, alert rules and settings.
- **AI agents**: Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI agent from the [agents page](https://clippingalpha.com/agents). To disconnect one, open Profile and remove it under Connected apps.
- **A number looks wrong**: Rates and budgets come from each clipping platform's public pages, and the platform is the source of truth. Email us the campaign link and we check it.
- **Your data**: Read the [privacy policy](https://clippingalpha.com/privacy), or [delete your data](https://clippingalpha.com/data-deletion) yourself in a few taps.
