Rates above $60 per 1,000 views and rates the Alpha Score labels too good to be true are left out, the ClipCPM Index rules. Pay is before the clipping platform's fee, minimums and caps. Pay after fees takes each platform's stated fee off each rate, as is where a platform names no fee. The market is every live campaign on the clipping platforms we compare.
